Broquest Origins by HieiUmbra Broquest Origins by HieiUmbra
So I don't really like the new designs for the characters, so I went back to the original versions and did my own interpretation.

For those of you who don't know what Broquest is, it's basically an idea for a game using extremely cliche versions of RPG characters and villains.

This is about the third digital thing I've done, and I'm starting to like it quite a bit, especially the whole undo button. =p

So i didn't make a critique for this cuz you already had shown it to me before you uploaded it =\ but anyway I'll write a critique anyway, since you said it annoys you when people just fav it.

So first of all the pluses. You used very clean and crisp lines with good variation between thick and thin. Your proportions stayed relatively the same (meaning you didnt do one person extremely realistic and another extremely cartoony, so your consistancy of style is good). Basically the first 3 characters are great and very nice.

Then you get to the life long rival. First of all, you probably shouldnt have made his muscles(especially on the abdomen) such thick lines. Secondly, for some reason one of the tie things on both the headband and belt of the pants is magically just floating as if it were in motion while the other is not.
